Shipping is very important to us. We ask that you please give us a turn around time of 10-14 days from the day you order your candles, until the day they ship out, or are ready for pickup. Each candle is individually poured for freshness and maximum scent quality. We will do our best to get them out as soon as possible and most will ship within 3 days, however, during the holiday season shipments may be delayed depending on the number of orders we are working on at that time. Special orders are also welcome, but will incur a 10% fee atop the total billed. We ship via USPS Priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Please allow 6 days to 2 weeks for your order to arrive once shipped.

All Flickering Igloo products come with a 100% guarantee in quality and performance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us at (907) 696-2039. We want you to be thrilled with our products and will do what we can to help remedy the situation. It is our goal to be your preferred candle and internet gift stop, and to provide you with excellent customer service. Slight color variations from batch to batch are normal due to the handcrafted nature of our candles. Colors may also vary slightly from those displayed on the scent page.
Flickering Igloo candles will not be responsible for return shipping fees of items.
